Well nothing much has changed since I last wrote, Bridger is on high flow oxygen and they are trying to wean some of his medications. They are doing a femoral ultrasound and an echo today to evaluate his heart function and circulation. Bridger has started working with physical and occupational therapy to increase his strentgh and endurance. So for now we are still in the ICU and taking things slow.

You know what they say, no news is good news. It sounds like he continues to take steps in the right direction, even if they are baby steps. Cristy said he is up to 12 pounds now. That is great. He looked bigger in the newest pictures you posted. I hope you get the results you need with today's ultrasound and echo. Let us know what you find out. You continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
I put his name on the Temple prayer rolls again. I hope that is ok. He is still here. What a wonderful miracle. Thanks for keeping us posted.
Love, grandma
If they are doing physical therapy then that means that they think he is well enough to handle it right? I'm glad there hasn't been any big changes. Nothing wrong with small, slow steps....just like the story of the tortoise and the hare!
